Established in 2000, Lomax Properties was initially utilized by John Lomax as a development company in conjunction with Lomax Construction.
Lomax Construction, a key partner to Lomax Properties, was established in 1996 specializing in commercial construction and development. Lomax Construction has since grown to over thirty employees and enjoys continued repeat business with clients such as Moses Cone Hospital, Bennett College, UNCG, Southeastern Radiology and Krispy Kreme.
As development progressed, Lomax Properties added additional team members with seasoned skills to further expand operations upon the acquisition and development of new projects.
