After many years in the construction industry, John L. Lomax formed Lomax Properties LLC in 2002 to pursue real estate opportunities.
What started then as an operation with a single employee has consistently grown year over year. Through that growth, Lomax Properties expanded its management activities to include apartments and office properties both for its own account and for fee. Similarly, the company engages in multifamily and office development projects, both for itself and for fee.
Now in business nearly a decade, the company has grown considerably and managed and/or developed hundreds of thousands of feet of commercial space and over 1500 multifamily units.
