The executive management of Lomax Properties, John L. Lomax and Patrick T. Woods, together bring over forty years of construction and development experience to the company. Much of the team's development experience has been focused on in-fill projects with product ranging from single-story wood frame professional offices to eight-story concrete frame mixed-use buildings.
Moving past the Great Recession, the company plans growing a development pipeline with a continued focus on multifamily housing and professional office space.
John Lomax also owns Lomax Construction Inc., a commercial construction company he founded in 1996. The two companies often work in tandem on development projects where Lomax Properties provides the front-end development expertise and final management while Lomax Construction acts as the builder and pre-construction manager.
